Payment is made to the Consolidated Revenue Fund. No later than January 31st of each year, companies must notify the Treasurer of dormant account particulars, including name, amount, and date of last activity. Not later than July 31st, companies notify the Treasurer of all accounts that have been claimed, after which advertisement must be made "as soon as practical" to ensure information is available to the public.
