Under the Unclaimed Moneys Act of 1993, all sums of money whatsoever which have remain unpaid for not less than 12 months are considered dormant. After the 8th day of march, information on all accounts must be made available to the public at company headquarters.
Advertisement in the Government Gazette during the month of March is
required for accounts worth $10 or more. All funds that have not been
claimed within 14 days of one year after publication go to the Receiver
